We sort through complexity and facilitate adaptation to changing environments. We focus on efficiency, mitigate blind spots, and illuminate the path to achieve goals and fulfill values.
We assist individuals and organizations with development, growth, and change based on a central assumption that one can only help a human system to help itself. With each client, we develop an effective helping relationship. Together we form accurate assessments and choose appropriate actions, using both dialogic and diagnostic methods. Engaging in reflective dialogue, together we will gain new perspectives which further the process.
